With classes ranging from 20–60 minutes, this 4-week program is perfect for beginners, rest days, or anyone craving a softer approach to yoga.

Pilates: Head to Toe

Mindful, full-body pilates that builds strength from the inside out. These 20–40 minute workouts focus on core, arms, legs, mobility, and overall stability - without rushing or pushing. Over six weeks, you’ll move intentionally, feel supported, and build strength in a way that feels both challenging and kind.

If you are on vacation and in the area, definitely check out Mary’s studio. I’ve been doing yoga at home for years but never went to an official class. I decided to join my friend and what a great way to begin your day!!! It was easy to follow and she put me at ease and made it a great experience. We loved her so much, we even booked a private yoga beach session right outside our rental house. Mary brought the mats and blankets, guided us through a slow moving class, we watched the sunrise and saw so many dolphins. It was incredible!! I highly recommend. I’m Mary

A yoga and Pilates instructor with 8 years of teaching experience and the owner of a cozy little studio in the Outer Banks, NC. Movement has always been part of my life—I was an athlete for as long as I can remember. But after quitting sports at 18, everything shifted.

In 2010, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s, and what followed was years of pain, depression, and feeling completely lost. My first yoga class? I hated it. I felt like I didn’t belong in the room. But something told me to try again and that second chance ended up saving my life. My mat became the space where I healed, reconnected with my body, and eventually found sobriety after struggling with alcohol and drugs from a young age. On November 24, 2022, I chose myself—and I’ve been walking that sobriety path ever since.

Today, I teach with compassion and understanding - to hold space for anyone who’s ever felt like they didn’t belong. My vibe is simple: come exactly as you are. No judgment, no perfection needed. Just breath, movement, humor, and a whole lot of heart. You can flow with me in person at my studio in the Outer Banks or practice with me online anytime on my app.
